1) Shipping destinations
We ship to the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, anonymous lockers, or freight forwarders.
2) Processing times (before dispatch)

In-stock items: 24–48 business hours.

Pre-orders / back-orders: the estimated ship date appears on the product page and in your order confirmation. The order ships once all items are available (partial shipment on request—contact support).
3) Carriers & indicative transit times

BE / EU: Bpost, DPD, DHL, UPS — 2–6 business days.

UK / CH: DHL/UPS — 3–7 business days.

USA: DHL/UPS/USPS — 4–10 business days.
Transit times are estimates. Once handed to the carrier, NECKRAL cannot control carrier delays.
4) Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, and selected options.
Free-shipping offers (when advertised) apply automatically according to the stated criteria (country, cart threshold, promo period).
5) Tracking & confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.
6) Taxes, duties & customs

EU: VAT is included at checkout (IOSS where applicable).

UK / CH / USA & other non-EU countries: import taxes and duties are payable by the customer on arrival. Refusing to pay duties does not entitle you to a refund of outbound or return shipping costs.
7) Incorrect address / unclaimed parcels
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address.
If a parcel is returned due to insufficient address / unclaimed, we offer:

Reshipment (actual shipping cost payable by the customer); or

Refund of the product excluding the original shipping charge.
8) Lost, stolen, or damaged parcels

Lost / not delivered: contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date; we’ll open a carrier investigation. Replacement or refund is processed after the investigation concludes.

Damaged on arrival: notify us within 48 hours with photos of the box, label, and product so we can file a claim.
9) Split shipments
We can split an order on request. Additional shipping costs may apply depending on destination.
10) Order changes & cancellations
Changes to the address or cancellations are possible only while the order is not yet fulfilled/dispatched. Contact us immediately.
11) Returns & EU right of withdrawal
Returns are handled under our Return / Refund Policy. EU consumers have a 30-day right of withdrawal from delivery, subject to hygiene and product-condition requirements.
12) Major Force
NECKRAL is not liable for delays caused by strikes, extreme weather, health crises, customs backlogs, or any force-majeure event.
